Phographic Challenge #43 - Doors

This challenge is going to be so much fun!!! Kristi and Melissa want us to photograph doors this time. I love doors and have been collecting pictures . . . to bad you only want to see one. I'll have to choose carefully.
As usual I went in a totally different direction. I wish I could say that this door was meaningful to me but it just attracted my attention. I chose this door for the grace and beauty of it's older function. How many people have entered in this arched door and why? It is a door I saw in England, hense the mideval look. The iron work is awesome too.

April, I too love this door! They just don't make doors like they used to. The older doors, especially in Europe, seem to have so much more character than the cookie cutter doors that are now made. Thank you so much for joining us each week. ♥
