Double Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with White Chocolate Icing

We made cupcakes yesterday. They tasted really good and were even sort of attractive. :) We found the recipe at Wee and decided to put a white chocolate cream cheese icing that we found on Pampered Chef . We also put a Cookies and Cream Hershey's kiss in them before baking them. Yum!

The cupcake batter was really runny so we had to add another 1/2 cup of flour. It was either the humidity or the altitude of Texas that made that necessary, we just don't know. Only some of our happy tasters liked the Cookies and Cream Hershey's kiss so I think I might try the Caramel Hershey's kiss next time. We were also trying to make the new roses on the top of the cupcake with the 2D Wilton tip. Some were better than others. Experimenting is what it's called!
