She is adamant about not substituting things for Lemon Extract especially lemon juice but I didn't have any extract. My next best option was LoriAnn Lemon Baking Emulsion. So I used the same amount of 2 Tbsp when she called for it. Merrick, my grandson, loved it!!! He is picky so I guess it passed the test!!!
Aunt Jeri brought a Lemon Meringue Pie so we had a lemon day yesterday for Sunday Dinner. It was delicious too!!!
